IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Please stay home if you have flu-like symptoms including a sore throat, runny nose or fever or generally feeling unwell and stay home for at least 48 hours after the symptoms have subsided and get tested. If you feel well enough, please join the online class instead of coming to the studio.

  • Please sanitise your hands when you enter the studio, before and after class.

  • Each client will clean their own equipment after class; you will be guided to thoroughly wipe down ALL the equipment – reformers, springs, foot bar, reformer box, head cushions.

  • All high-touch areas such as door handles, stools will be disinfected at the end of each class

WHAT TO BRING TO CLASS:

  • Pilates socks : Please change into your clean socks AT the studio; do not wear them from home

  • Clean towels: To be placed on the carriage of the reformer and the head rest

  • Your own mat and props (ball, resistance band and yoga block)

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment/class time. Late cancellations will result in client being charged in full.

Purchase and Payment

All payments must be made in full before classes. All sessions expire after the validity period. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangable. The studio has the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

 

What to wear

Comfortable sportswear with no zippers and not too baggy so your posture can be observed by the teacher. No shoes are allowed in the studio. Grip socks must be worn for all equipment classes. Please refrain from wearing jewellery and zippered leggings that can potentially damage the upholstery. Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes to class. For men, please wear longer length shorts or form-fitting sweat pants.

Arriving for Class

Please arrive 5 minutes before class.
